چکیده

The aim of the study was to compare internal and external load responses different small-sided games, using balanced (5v5 Possession games formats) unbalanced (6v4) teams. Ten elite youth male soccer players were monitored at start in-season period global positioning system, heart rate subjective ratings intensity. Results showed higher physiological stress (>90% HR max ) in formats when compared teams (ES = 1.3–2.3). Total high-intensity distance (28 ± 25 m) (67 35 greater 6 4 scenario. Small-sided format team with six had proportion running sub-maximal velocities (0–5.8 m/s 2 ). four saw mean acceleration effort (mean intensity 1.91 0.27 vs. 1.80 0.20 , ES 0.4 Team 1.56 0.24 1.44 .0.19 1.3). lower starting prior efforts (small-sided 0.90 0.08 1.11 0.11 1.5 1.8), while velocity end each (Possession 3.54 0.23 3.13 0.22 0.1) 2.3). These data demonstrate that can provide an additional form training prescription facilitate player specific within a squad environment by providing combined drill.

Influence of game format and number of players on heart rate responses and physical demands in small-sided soccer games.

The aim of the study was to examine the extent to which changing the game format (possession play vs. regulation goals and goalkeepers vs. small goals only) and the number of players (3 vs. 3, 5 vs. 5 and 7 vs. 7) influenced the physiological and physical demands of small-sided games (SSGs) in soccer in semiprofessional players. Fourteen semiprofessional male soccer players were monitored with ...

The Relationship Between Intensity Indicators in Small-Sided Soccer Games

The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between different kinds of intensity indicators in small-sided soccer games. This descriptive correlational study included 14 semi-professional male soccer players (21.3 ± 2.3 years, 174 ± 4.0 cm, 73.4 ± 5.1 kg) from the same team. The players were monitored by means of heart rate monitors and GPS devices during 27 small-sided games o...
